Bell's Palsy

Abstract Futuristic Background

What is it?

Bell's palsy is a condition that causes sudden, temporary weakness or paralysis of the muscles on one side of the face. It occurs due to inflammation of the facial nerve, which controls the muscles of the face. The cause is often unknown, though viral infections are suspected to trigger it.
