Myasthenia Gravis (MG)

What is it?

Myasthenia Gravis is an autoimmune disorder where the body’s immune system attacks the communication between nerves and muscles, leading to weakness in voluntary muscles. It primarily affects muscles that control movement in the eyes, face, and swallowing.
